I wanted to buy land in Cuba, but everyone thinks that can't happen. Any input or links to real estate companies would be great.
I want to build a home and start a bussiness.

Regardless of where you buy:

US$150,000 will only buy land, or a small studio apartment on some islands

US$300,000 will buy reasonably nice land, or a small house on some islands

US$600,000 will buy beachfront land, or a reasonable house on most island

But here are lots of links, we wanted to buy a home or property there, and found out it was really a headache.

But get ready to drool! It's really fun looking at houses and property.

You can buy Condos in Cuba. There joint European ventures.
If you want to do a business in Cuba , you can only in partnership with the Cuban Government : WHICH means you will only own 49% of it.

You can buy a beautiful home in a beach resort for about $200,000 in Curacao. You can find homes that are even cheaper inland and more expensive closer to the mountains.

I know that in Jamaica you can buy land and build on it and buy a car for the carport for approx £3000 ($5200) But that does depend on location. I did it in St. Thomas, Jamaica.

If you can't even spell 'caribbean', you probably shouldn't buy land there.
