When you get tired of the dry coatings try some wet. BBQ sauce is a good standby. My favorite is to put the chicken in an oven safe skillet (like iron) or a baking dish with sides and pour in some Italian dressing until the bottom half is swimming. Spoon some over the top. Flip the chicken at least once so both sides get to do some cooking above and below the "water line". Delicious!

You could use salad dressings like italian or oriental, those are good. I also take frozen orange juice concentrate, some of my favorite seasonings, garlic, basil, a little poultry seasoning and combine in a bag with a little olive oil and add the chicken to it to coat it. Bake it as you normally would. Oranges inside the cavity of the bird will keep it moist as well.

Certainly.... Have you ever tried Chicken Shake & Bake? It's very simple to use. Just follow the directions on the box.
I bake it on a pan as they suggest with one exception. I'm a firm believer in using Reynolds Wrap foil (heavy duty). I place a sheet of it on the pan so I don't have any clean up of the pan after baking. Just throw the foil away and rinse the pan.

You know, I tried this off the cuff and it turned out great. Dip the raw chicken (skin or no skin) into some milk then roll the chicken in crushed potato chips (I liked the sour cream and onion flavor. For an additional crunch, add some butter crackers or ritz crackers, then fry. It's quick and easy. Some mashed potatos and gravy or corn on the cob complete the meal.

Mix 1/4 pkg of Italian dressing mix with SHREDDED (not the grated crap in the green can) parmesan cheese and dredge skinless, boneless chicken breast through mixture...chicken will bake up really golden and crunchy.
I like to top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese for the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Take buttermilk, corn starch and bread crumbs, some seasonings like black pepper, salt, a green chilli paste if you like it spicy, you may also add lemon garlic pepper seasoning.
combine all seasonings and marinate the chicken in that for an hour or so. make a paste of the corn starch and buttermilk, liquid enough for the chicken to be dipped in it, dip the chicken in this paste/semi-liquid marinade wwhatever you wanna call it. roll it in the breadcrumbs and be ready to make the chicken. Oven temp. settings and time depends on what kind of chicken you take(boneless/with bones or whole chicken.)

Sometimes I make my own breading with seasoned stuffing mix (crush it to powder), grated parmesan cheese, and seasonings of my choice: usually salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and/or some italian seasoning. Dip the chicken in egg then in the mixture. It tastes really good on fried chicken too which is a rare and guilty pleasure in our house.

I did one before that turned out really well...I used a little mayo, bread crumbs and some onion soup mix. Mix it together in a bowl and spread it on top of the chicken then bake

I was looking for the same thing. I took crushed cornflakes, kraft parmesean cheese, oregeno, season salt, pepper, and parsley mixed them all together and dipped my chicken breast in milk then the cornflake mixture. I baked it a t 350 degrees for an hour. It was crunchy, moist, and delicious.

skip the coating and try a marinade. Try italian salad dressing or one of the many marinade selections at the store. Marinades are alot healthier than most of the coatings and they taste really good too.
