Why is it that men can sleep around and they become known as players but if women do it they're whores?

I had this interesting conversation with this guy about this situation and he said bcuz a man is always a player and i told him women can't be players is that what you're saying. He responed as if women don't know the game of life. I think we are smarter than them. Do you agree?

when it comes to our genetic code, dna etc., men are designed to spread their seed. women are designed to make homes and what not. and in the great game of life, the men chase and the women play hard to get. no one knows why but men like to chase. like animals. we might not be furry but we're still of this world and, like it or not, have to succumb to the laws of nature. haha it's taken me a few years of asking this same question but in the end, it just is. can't change the nature of the world!
and of course we're smarter, that's obvious =) but at the end of the day, men prefer what can't be easily caught. i hate it but it's our job to sit pretty and wait for the game to start, regardless of society or culture. i'm so coming back as a man in my next life :P
