Hop on this site and check out my jokes and questions and others as well. when I answer more serious questions that I need to get one of my reference books out for .....then I'm focusing on something else instead of my stress.
Listening to relaxation c.d.
Going outside and listening to the birds that come to feed at their feeders. I love listening to their singing.
Focusing on my waterfalls. The serene sound the water falling is quite soothing for my soul.
Watering the yard.
Going for a walk or a drive. If it's driving than singing to something with an upbeat melody.
Just coming into my office. How can one not be happy when there looking at so many happy faces smiling at them!!
Sharin' my smiles....

Relaxing music is good, I particularly like Enya. I read as a means of totally shutting out my stressors, kind of the ultimate esacpism for me. I also try to spend time with my family, unless they are being a source of stress!
