I think the guy that says such a thing is a moron for not showing some respect ,but he probably means you have a nice butt, but he can be saying that she`s fat.Only a retard would say a thing that can mean two totally different things whit out specifying what the hell he`s talking about.

He could be talking about your hips or butt. Or he could be saying that the pants look like they are too small for you "YOU look BIG in your PANTS". Yeah. Or if hes really mean he could be saying that you look like you have a penis. Shocker!

yeah, they be saying that sometimes, they be like if yo butt look big when u wear pants that means the pants too small for u, but it don't means the pants too small for u, it's just what boyz like saying for another word of your butt is big.
