Because of the threat of death if you leave Islam combined with massive third world birth rates it will continue to. If other religions threatened to kill you for converting they might be on par.

In a sense, yes. Poor people from north africa and middle east and pakistan, indonesia are migrating in a search for job, and so they and their familiys are going to the west.
Usualy they have more children per familiy then the usual westerner so the comunites are getting bigger. Mostly the religion from these countrys is Islam. And they are not changing their national identity so when someone goes to america and even if he gives oath to the american law, they are still more they native nation. There is very litle effort of countrys in witch they are now to integrate them in the new society with new language and culture and control of the version of Islam that the local imams are preaching so you get a modern getto like turkish quart in berlin with close to a million turks, and many do not speak german, same in france , same in other countrys.
Their native countrys remain on the influence of majority religion, and there is no relgius freedom given there.
The freedom that western countrys give islam in the west is not given reciprocity in the magreb or middle east or indonesia or pakistan.
So you can not expect that some of these countrys go to christianity, but in west you can always find people that islam will make apeal.

So ye islam is expanding.

yes islam is expanding! as it slowly creeps from the second century islam is expanding in an ever expanding world. And with the expansion comes the exposure. Now islam has been exposed for what it truly is. When the sheiks and kings fall, and they will thanks to the internet and the widespread availability of knowledge. When they realize the koran should be secondary to discovery and enlightenment they will overthrow the old money kings and sheiks and join the rest of the world in trying to find out how to ensure the prosperity of the human race, not selective religions. Yes it is, around the world but here in India their growth rate has dropped from 31% to 29%.

what are you people talking about? why d u have so much hate? islam is the fastest growing religion in the US and the entire world. as a muslim i can tell u ppl are not killed for changing their religion!!

nope it is actualy contracting turning more people away from it. except in middle eastern countries where if you convert from islam to something else you will ne killed. like in afghanistan It's against the law there. peaceful religion my ***
