Actually overconsumption could cause water weight gain because you can dehydrate yourself with caffeinated beverages. The less water your body has, the more it will retain. You're best off just drinking water.

They are both stimulants and speed up your heart rate but not neccesarily your metabolism, also red bull is loaded with b vitamins which isn't good for your kidneys. If you are drinking them to increase your metabolism then don't. Try exercising, eating small more frequent meals and eating complex carbs and foods high in protein.

Yes they both speed up your metabolism but there are so many calories in red bull it wont help you. Coffee could help you loose weight if you were already dieting and exercising. but only if you drink it black.

Caffeine gives you small bursts of energy. Now if you use it to move around and not stay still you will eventually speed up your metabolism but sitting in front of your computer and drinking them will just keep you awake and unless your fingers are really huge I don't think it's gonna be burning enough calories to count as exercise.

Exercise speeds up your metabolism. You're asking for a different set of problems trying to caffeine your way to a slimmer you.

They don't affect your metabolism at all, but will increase your heart rate. The caffeine in both also increases peristalsis of the colon, so could potentially give you diarrhea. Not something that I'd sign up for!

yes caffeine does speed up your metabolism which makes you lose weight but. both of these things have alot of calories in them which do not make you lose weight

no, they are nothing but caffiene and sugar. it makes you jittery and increases your heart rate, sugar level, causes headaches, etc. it can be very dangerous for some people. it doesn't really do you much good other than that and the crash afterwards is awful

no-im pretty sure that all cafinated drinks do for u is speed up your heart rate...witch in the long run will lower your life expectancy-witch is why i steer clear of them,,,

no but if u want to get ****** up try red bull and vodka man i was so ******* drunk i was falling down but the energy drink was keeping me awake its ****** up
