Yeah really. Aren't we all immigrants? We came in; took over & ruined their (American Indian) land; killed and tortured many of them; tried to convert them to Christianity, and raped their women.

All the sudden Mexican's coming here to make a living doesn't sound so bad.

What happened in the past, was not OUR doing, but relatives long since dead. It was not right what happened to the native Americans, and it was not right what happened to the slaves either, and i am sorry they had to endure the things they did.
And,yes, there are many native Americans left. One of my BEST friends in school was a native American girl, and she was the SWEETEST person that i've ever known!! But the native Americans that I know personally, do not hold a grudge for what is in the past. And even THEY are against ILLEGAL immigration!!

My husband is a TRUE native American Indian, not one of those fakes that claim to be but are actually from south of the border. He's the real deal, straight off the reservation and he feels the same way I do. He hates illegal immigration.

I continue to be stunned by the number of Americans who think that First Nations people are extinct. You might want to consider taking a trip out West. Travel to the Southwest. Eat some frybread and have a conversation with a Dine, commonly known as Navajo, vendor at the Four Corners Monument. Go north and try the salmon at the Yakima nation in Washington state. There are many, many more First Nations people alive than you probably can imagine right now. And they continue to struggle against an occupation culture that would like to forget them and an oppressive government that would appear to be doing what it can to destroy them as a people. The First Nations are still here, their spirits are unbroken by the apartheid-like conditions which they endure, and they will survive when our culture finally collapses. Go. Travel. Explore native cultures that are alive, intact, and still evolving. You will have a great time and come to realize many new things about yourself, your culture and nation, and reality in general.

Why? They are Americans just like everyone else. You know this "native" American argument is a hollow argument right? If you understood what the word native meant, you would not use it. But everyone still does; not unlike a moron running into a wall, face first, over and over.

Here's how THIS NATIVE AMERICAN feels:

Illegal immigrants do not do JOBS AMERICANS WON' T DO, there is no such thing in the USA!!! Americans will do the job for a fair wage, not slave wages. By illegals doing the job for low wages, WE, the TAX PAYING citizens of the USA SUPPLEMENT that low wage with WELFARE, subsidized housing, AFDC, free or low cost medical care and MORE!!! They are NOT LEGAL citizens, they should NOT get federally funded services!! They send part of their money back to their home of origin which is money LOST to the USA economy FOREVER!!!

Do YOU want to catch a disease there is NO CURE FOR?? They harbor diseases that if they were screened as a legal immigrant it would be caught, but not if they slither in here UNSCREENED!!

Lots of people bring up the "native" American thing. Maybe we should learn a lesson from that and PROTECT OUR BORDERS!

Some people seem to gleefully say, well you evil whites slaughtered all the indians so it's payback time. They forget that all kinds of people live in the US so if we're being invaded by illegals,it will affect everyone not just white people. It will hurt everyone including the racists who hate white people.
