i don't have a favorite subway sub, because subway offers poor quality ingredients where i live. maybe it's different in the state you live in, but here in pa, the lettuce is brown, the tomatoes aren't ripe, you get a sliver for a slice of cheese; and to top it off, the workers can't speak correct english. at a perfect subway, my fav would be a veggie wrap or sandwich with swiss cheese.

Well subway is a fav. of mine for nights when I'm too tired to cook. I do enjoy the turkey, veggie and seafood subs with everything on it..EXTRA tomatoes all on wheat bread and lots of black olives...it just depends on my mood i guess...its amazing at all the different combinations that people like to make huh...it all sounds yummy to me

I wouldn;t eat at subway unless it was the last place on earth. Subway is aweful and shame on you for asking.
Positive arguments for subwway:
Low FAT/Less calories: That's because they are smaller
Cheaper: That's becasue they are smaller
Fresh bread: Like all the good sandwhich shops
FResh ingrediants: Microwaved steask is not fresh
