it could be migraines or a reaction to medication or drugs your taking. Stress can cause it also, the best bet is to go to the dr and have him check it out or answer some migraine questions. You never know....one day when I was in HS, a girl said she was having the same problem and the next day she had a brain anyurism (blood vessel bursted in her brain). Nobody can reaaly tell unless you get an MRI or catscan or something.

It might not be pregnancy, as you are still young, periods are still irregular, I've had periods for over 3 years and they still aren't that regular... I've sometimes had those same fears, although I've never had a pregnancy test. Trying to explain this, I'm going to believe you when you say you've never had sex... going to the most extreme, is there any moment at all that you don't remember... because it could be possible you were drugged and raped and don't know about it. This is the only rational explanation as it is impossible to be pregnant without sex. Take another test then see your doctor... then speak to your parents but leave that till last because you don't want to cause unnecessary discomfort. If you are pregnant, think carefully about abortion, I personally am against it... I believe that every living thing should have a chance in life... even if you put it up for adoption, I will say no more about that I hope you will let us know what happens good luck xxx

Have you covered the basics?
Are you eating correctly, drinking correctly?
Are you sitting correctly during lessons?
Do neck movement excercises. Move your head up and down slowly. From side to side in an upright position. Roll it in slow circles first one direction, then back the other way.
These are good for anybody that sits before a computer for any long time!!!
What does the school nurse say? Have you gone to your doctor?
Any funny chemicals near where you sit? Anything you do throughout the day that could cause the headaches?
My sister used to get headaches and have problems with her eyes. It turned out that she was getting the problems from reading the blackboard from where she sat. She ended up with glasses because the optician didn't bother to look further than the fact that our father has them (and I think all they needed to do was sit her somewhere else and train her eyes with excercises.)
Definitely point your headaches out to your parents. Ignoring it or not getting to the causes could let something worse than headaches crawl into your life.

Could be growing pains which are a part of nature, and there isn't really a cure for them I'm afriad. Just reassure yourself that they will end as you get older.
Aside from that, it could be dehydration. Are you getting enough water? Try to drink about 8 glasses a day, spread right throughout the day. If dehydration is causing your headaches, then drinking lots of water will stop them.

Does anyone in your family suffer from migraines? They can start at puberty. Do you vomit after/during these headaches? You should ask your parents to make an appointment for you at your doctors.

sounds like migranes to me, loads of people get them. they may pass or become less frequent my advice is to find a good painkiller. Paracetemol might work I find Ibuprofen does the job but its not recommended if u r asthmatic. there r tonnes of other painkillers ur pharmacist shud b able 2 help u.

it could be that you need glasses but i think it could be hormonal, 13 is not a good age for hormones whether your male or female cos the body is going through lots of changes (puberty). go to your docs and get it sorted and good luck. ;o)
