I had set my brood lamp where they wouldn't get too hot and the temp reading was 110.
I decided today to check them because they haven't hatched in 45 days already and each egg was hard boiled Those chicks never had a chance..I think my heat was too hot.

Hatching any eggs require a good Egg Incubator. In order for an egg to hatch you need to have the correct temps, and humidity, they also have to be turned serval times a day, with out those factors the egg won't hatch.

The temp was to hot. Were you turning them all the time?
They need to be turned.
They only take 21 days to hatch.
Maybe you need an incubator to hatch eggs.
We just let our hens do it once and awhile. I had 7 chicks this summer.

that is because 110 is way too hot. the temperature must be 99.5 degrees at all times.
