Do you think they're just being nice?
Or that they just like buying girls drinks?
Or they're trying to get some?
Or that you're so special you deserve to be bought drinks?
Or some other reason.

Yes, I think they are being nice. Haha, of course they don't "just like buying girls drinks." it's a 50/50 and who likes spending money on something you're not sure you'll win?

It IS possible that some guys would be trying to get into a girl's pants by acting nice and getting her a drink, but most times, it's just to get a girl to stay in one place long enough to talk to her.

^_^ Every girl deserves to be bought a drink. But I stick firmly with my previous statement.

Why a guy buys a girl a drink, I think it's mostly just because they want the girl to stay in one spot long enough to talk to them, to get to know them a little bit. It's worth a shot. lol. Best of luck.

I think guys do it as a form of 'breaking the ice' sort to speak. I mean he got you a drink, at least you can talk to him for like five minutes. I think it depends on how they do it, if some guy brought me a drink, I would think twice about accepting. If he offers to take me to the bar and get me a drink, I would be more willing to. Afterall, with so many freaks out there, you can't be too careful.

I think they just want sex, and they're trying to get the girl liquored up to make that pursuit easier for them..

If you see a girl you like at a bar, talk to her; wait to buy her drinks until you're actually out on a date.

Trying to get some. If they were just being nice, why don't they buy drinks for guys too??

i actually think its pretty hard to tell, because it depends on the guy, but for the most part in most situations, guys buy drinks for the purpose of attempting to get to know a young lady to date, or, depending on how many drinks are bought, he could be trying to get you drunk to get some, who, if going the honest way, probably would not get some any other way!

PLEASE LOUISE, if you are this naive you should not be in bars at all. They buy the drinks in the hopes of getting you intoxicated so that you will think they are wonderful and handsome and that you will fall for whatever line they are putting out. They buy the drinks in the hopes of getting you into bed one way or another.
