I suspect someone has bred a dog that looks like a miniature St. Bernard and so they are just naming it that. Same thing applies to miniature dobermans. They are just a chihuahua that looks like a doberman is all. If the AKC doesn't recognize the breed, DON'T PAY FOR IT! It's just a clever way to get rid of a mixed breed dog, and the cost shouldn't be more than the usual for a mixed breed.

There is no such a thing as a miniature st. bernard. I think someone just made it up to try to make more money from people who don't know about all the kinds of dogs. If you are thinking about buying a "mini st. bernard" make sure you don't pay more money than a regular st. bernard since that isn't a real kind of dog. Since I did research and the akc didn't recognize it, its not real.

probobly a cocor mix or somthing that looks like a minature dog plus not if you want to akc register theirs not
