Hmmmm.... you mean when suicide bombers walk into a crowded public coffee shop Israel they are really targeting only military? I don't care how you try and ask the question, the answer is still the same. Israel did not start this, but I can guarantee they will do a serious amount of damage in retaliation. Sucks to be the Palestinians. If they want to be taken seriously they need to make some serious headway in the way of a civilized nation and not expect rewards for further terrorism.

Because those non military people have guns. And they point those guns to other people. Once you have a weapon and you point it to another person, you are a non civilian. Did you know that?
