Depends on how much your losing, it can be due to stress but some mild ''molting'' as it were is normal. If your really worried about it try a hair strengthening shampoo and be careful when you brush it as well. I.e If you have long hair, brush it out from the bottom first.

Hair loss is usually stress related and has the medical term alopecia. Hair follicles can be destroyed permanently by scarring from burns, severe scalp infections, X-ray therapy, or skin disorders. Damage may also result from tight hairstyles over a long period of time, chemical treatments such as hair colouring or permanents, or the habitual pulling out of the hair. A fungal condition called tinea capitis ("ringworm of the scalp") also results in hair loss.

Even at a young age, your hair will fall out. At least 100 hair per day. It is the same process as shedding your skin, or growing your nails. The older you get the slower the rejuvenating process. This is usually just a part of the process of living !

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMwHz While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Yes it could be stress related. Go to the doctor for a check up just to make sure. We are suppose to be losing 80 to 100 hairs a day... beyond that may be a worry or it may be something you are missing in your diet. I hope you find that answer.

actually there can be many reasons. course in ur case it is cauz u r under a lot of pressure. secondly ur diet might b poor. put good oil n consult a doc before the situation gets out of conrol. also try change of shampoo as per ur hair type.there mayb not enough blood flow into ur scalp which might be making your hair roots weaker thus causing excess of hair fall.dont take stress..look after urself!

It might not be, or you might need to wash them couple of time a week, this also stops your hair from falling e.g. don't wash them too much or too less.

My hair does it too. Stress might play a part in it but normally you will loose some over the course of the day.

the same thing happened to me... not a lot of hair.. but some.. so i asked my hair cutter, and she said it might be because i was using too much conditioner.. or i was pulling my hair out when i brush it.. so it loosens the roots or something.. and then she said it also could be because of dying your hair.. but i never died mine.. so i used a little less conditioner, made sure i washed it all out, and was more gentle to my hair.. and everything worked out.
best of luck! xox- manda
