Getting it professionally done can be expensive, in the hundreds of dollars range.

I experienced very good whitening results using Crest Whitestrips, which run about $40. So far, it's lasted over a year. I talked to my dental hygienist about it, and she said this method of "over the counter" whitening is safe.

Use the crest whitening strips. My mom used to have yellow/brown teeth from years of drinking coffee. She used them. I was AMAZED how nice her teeth became. High recommendation.

I used to Crest WhiteStrips. They're only like $20-$30 and they worked really really good. Also try GoSmile. You can buy it at Sephora.com. I'm not sure how much it costs to have a dentist do it, but I know it's alot.

In Ky it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 and so not worth it. It only lasts a few months, then you have to blow that cash again.
