I think it means they are going to stab you or something. If I'm not mistaken shank is prison term. Unless they have a speech impediment and are trying to thank you.

Back in the "old days" when I was in school, to "shank" someone meant to pull their pants down, exposing them to all the world. Don't know if this is still in use or not...

Wow, your sisters are really weird. As far as I know, it's a prison term that refers to stabbing someone with a home made object (like a knife made out of a toothbrush, or something). Any of your sisters been in prison lately?

It means pull your pants down around your ankles...probably in a public place where you'll get really embarrassed. Wear a belt, and that should help keep those pants up!
