For a healthy snack, go for fresh fruits. They are packed with vitamins and antioxidant.
Personally, I don't like processed foods because they're not healthy. They are full of preservatives to keep them on shelves longer.

Soybeans (aka edamame) from the pod are really good in my opinion.
They can be bought frozen, and you can either put them in the microwave for about 1 minute, or you can put them in a bag and let them thaw for about a half an hour.
They are soft, but kind of crunchy too, and have a vegetable-y taste.

Rolled oats, like granola. Or in a dry cold cereal like Honey Bunches of Oats.
Or trail mix that uses unsalted peanuts, sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds and raisins...

Dried mango...you can get packs of it at super markets or health food shops...but make sure it has no preservatives (in some of the supermarket they do) it tastes better than actual mango (i don't like normal mango!) and it is naturally sweet...you should really try it, it's not even expensive!

I like a smoothie made with low fat yogurt, slivered almonds and berries and a juice like light cranberry juice. Add some ice cubes. It's refreshing and filling but low in calories.

I like fruit salad, made with just fresh fruit. Also, low-fat peanut butter with carrot sticks is good. I take both to work with me for my snack.
