manuscript in Istanbul and what they are afraid for the world to see?

Britiain houses one version of the Koran ( which is now in hiding), is the one in Istanbul different from the one in Britain?

It was in public view for about a year. Then when they discovered they had different texts, the Islamic high priests threatened to burn the museum. The museum was vandalized, the book was spared, and went into hiding, this was almost 20 years ago.

Sounds like a good plot for a story. A secret society has a book that they don't want the world to see. Someone uncovers a code that reveals the truth. There's a struggle to keep it hidden on one side, and reveal the truth on the other. Hmmm.

could you tell me why does Britain hide this version,as it's a golden opportunity to show the world that Islam is a false religion ?
we are waiting to see this alleged version........!
why British authorities refuse to let the whole world see it, what are they afraid of ? are they Muslims too ?

What, do you think there is something in that copy of alQuran that is not in every other? To suppress any authentic sentence of alQuran would be impossible, as it was memorized by several people as it was revealed, a tradition of Hafiz which is unbroken to this day...
