Of course dinosaurs existed. Humans have more proof of dinosaurs existing then a diety. Using the process of absolute dating, comparing radiocarbon dating (dating the skeletal remains) and potassium-argon dating (the rocks incased by the skeletal remains), you find that dinosaurs existed more then 230 million years ago.

Well, there are just theories about the creation of the entire universe; it is too radical to say God put them on Earth.
Fossils say they did exist, and some ambiental change killed them because they were very adapted to their origial enviroment.
I don't think there has to be a reason for everything in the world. From what I remember from my biology class, from the dinosaurs evolve the birds; so if there wasn't for the previous existance of the dinosaurs birds wouldn't be here today.

Dinosaurs did exist, from the mid to late Triassic, until the boundary between the Cretaceous and the Paleocene (65,000,000 years ago, a boundary called the KT event.)
They evolved from the archosaur family of reptiles, which also includes the crocodilians. There were two primary orders - the saurischia (T-rexes, raptors, brachiosaurs, and even birds) and the ornithischia (bird hipped plant eaters like Iguanadon.)
Some might say dinosaurs, in fact, have never gone extinct, since one modern class - the bird family - is descended from the saurischian theropod dinosaurs.

According to the myths such as (the book of) Genesis, God is the creator of the cosmos. But science has presented us with all the evidence we need to reject the idea that God created the world in seven days some six thousand years ago. Many people still cling to this silly idea, but their attempts to explain away the findings of science are getting ever more desperate. Is it really credible that God deliberately hid dinosaur bones so that when we dug them up and concluded that giant reptiles walked the earth millions of years ago, our blind faith in the veracity of the Bible would be put to the test? Such a God would be pathologically insane!

>>>Did Dinosaurs Exist?<<<
It's pretty safe to say they did, yes.
>>>If they did, when did God put them on earth?<<<
A long time ago, at some early point during creation -- which probably took a lot longer than literally six days.
The six days mentioned in Genesis is probably a metaphor for a much longer period of time.

Yes, they were created when all animals were. Noah probably put them on the Ark as hatchlings. The Bible talks about "Leviathan", which was probably a dinosaur. Some of the dragons of folklore probably were dinosaurs also. We still have a few today, like the Loch Ness monster.

Yes they did and naturally, they would've been with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. In Job 41, God makes mention of a "leviathan," which is described as a dinosaur-like creature.
Unfortunately the dinos became extinct.

Q: Are dinosaurs found in the Bible?
A: Yes
For a biblical study on dinosaurs in the Old Testament, I would definitely recommend using the Authorized Version (AV)/King James Version (KJV) of the Scriptures which were translated into English from the Masoretic text in 1611 [230 years before the word "dinosaur" was available!]. Using a Strong's Concordance, you will find the Hebrew word "tannin" is used 25 times, and is translated as 'dragon(s),''serpent(s),' 'monster(s)' [and, in the more modern versions, improperly as 'jackal(s)']. The key to remember is to look for Hebrew Lexicon #8577.
CREATION WEEK (~4000 B.C.)
DAY 5--[Gen.1:20-21]--Creation of marine monsters (Hebrew "tannin," includes large marine 'mammals' and 'reptiles') and winged/flying creatures (Hebrew "o(w)ph," includes all feathered and non-feathered flyers--even pterosaurs, the flying reptiles!)
DAY 6--[Gen.1:24-25]--Making of dinosaurs and other land creatures, divided among the cattle (Hebrew "behemah," includes all quadrupedal, hoofed/blunt-toed ungulates), beasts of the earth (bipedal/quadrupedal, talon-toed), and creeping things (quadrupedal/multi-legged ground crawlers).
FLOOD YEAR (~2350 B.C.)
[Gen.6:17,19-20; 7:14-15; 9:17,19]--Juvenile representatives of every terrestrial, air-breathing kind (not species), including dinosaurs and pterosaurs, were directed by God to the Ark.
Those outside the Ark would be left to be scavenged by marine predators or be buried and fossilized quickly.
POST-FLOOD PERIOD
MARINE MONSTERS--[Leviathan (Job 3:8-'mourning'; 41:1-34/Ps.74:14;104:26/ Isa.27:1); see also Lam.4:3 & Amos 9:3].
PTEROSAURS--[esp. the bioluminescent flying reptiles (Isa.14:29 & 30:6)].
DINOSAURS--[see Strong's Concordance(KJV) under "dragon(s);" also Exod. 7:9-10 (#8577, not #5175)].
The best dinosaur passage in the Bible is Job 40:15-24 where God speaks to Job concerning BEHEMOTH ["most excellent beasts"--intensive plural of
Day 6 'cattle' ("behemah")], a huge sauropod dinosaur (especially notice verses 17 &19 !!!). Don't forget to ckeck our website for dinosaur publications under "Resources" and...happy dinosaur hunting!

'God' is the architect of science and scientific law. 'God' did not put dinosaurs on the earth. 'God' is the author of evolution, and is a part of the cosmic evolution of all things and all worlds... That's my take as a Reincarnationist.
And by the way, if a day was a thousand years or a million years in Genesis -- and the 7th "day" was a day of rest -- we should all have **very long** weekends.

we dont know that dinosaurs existed exactly the way we pictured them, its a theory like everything else thats impossible to prove. its just the most valid theory explaining all the fossils found. like when they found the iguanodon, they didnt know if that pointy bone was a thumb spike or a horn. and "when did god put them on earth?". forgive me for not knowing what the bible says but HA HA HA HA HAHAHA.... isnt that cute?
