If yes, how...? and if not , what is the way out to join my spouse in US from India. I am really in dilemma....!!!! Can some one suggest me a solution.......

I would say, yes, it's possible, but I would advise against it. Credit cards are dangerous, and interest rates are really high these days. You can open up checking accounts that give you a debit/ATM card that works anywhere VISA is accepted, so I personally see that as a better alternative. Some checking accounts have overdraft protection which is kind of nice.

On the other hand, if you must have a VISA, I completely understand. I myself have 2 VISAs. Everytime I use them, I earn money towards AMAZON.COM gift certificates or my Sharebuilder IRA. I don't expect you to know what those are, being from the Middle East and all.

Oh, and what's the deal with your spouse? She won't let you join her unless you have a credit card? Sounds very materialistic. Jewish?

Seriously though, I think foreigners should have to pass a test before getting a VISA to prove they're capable of using a credit card responsibly, what with the differences in currency and all.

Your spouse in the US must file an petition for you, for an F2 immigrant visa. There is no short way around following the legal process.
