Decreasement of energy can be caused by several facts:
- A lack of vitamins. Make sure you take a vitamin supplement.
- A lack of sleep. Get 7-8 hours sleep a day.
- A lack of motion. Follow a cardiac training program with running or cycling. A healthy person should workout at least 15 minutes a day.
- A possible neuropsychological syndrome such as depression or another fatigue syndrome. In this case you should see a doctor.

Depression can cause lack of energy. Your diet. Lack of sleep worrying about finances. Your lifestyle: long commute to and from work; impossible bosses who threaten you on a daily basis and are never satisfied with the amount of work you produce; small demanding children; controlling, lazy or abusive husbands, all these can cause lack of energy. Eating raisins will fire you up. So will colas (although I find them addicting). Chocolate certainly does the trick. Myself, I finally quit my job, but I am still tired. I think it's cause I am depressed; also I am middle-aged; your body starts wearing out. Take time out for yourself if you can. If you have kids, remember that they will grow up and you can relax a lot more.

Mena and others have a good point.
Also, do you hike or live in a woody area? If so, have your doctor check for Lyme Disease (transferred by ticks)
Check for leukemia (similar symptoms)
Check for "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome"
I know people with each of these issues, and all had similar symptoms.
HOPEFULLY it's your diet and exercise program...or lack there of.
IF you are B vitamin deficient, you'll need to get an injection..it works WONDERS!!!! If you take it in pill form, your body will only absorb 5-10% of the dose.
Injections are cheap and painless.

I would talk to your doctor about it - see if you are hypoglycemic or if you have a nutrition problem - or if you are possibly depressed- it's always best to be checked out medically just in case you have an underlying condition that needs attention - you certainly do not want to create more medical problems by doing something totally off the wall

Sleep and eat more. If you don't eat enough, your body won't have the energy it needs to function. Remember food is fuel.
