All mothers have those nagging moments. It's usually for a good reason.
My mum annoyed me when i was younger. Now that I'm older and have a family of my own, I realise my mum is a wonderful mum and she was only trying to help me and my siblings do the right thing and make good choices in life.

Mothers nag out of love and concern
Mothers nag because they care for you
Mothers nag because they have been where you are at
Mothers nag because they have experience under their belt
Mothers nag because they want what is best for their children
Mothers nag because children dont always make the right choices
Mothers who do not nag do not care

My mom used to be kind of cool. She pretty much let me make my mistakes and learn from them. She never really did nag. Now that I'm grown and married, she has remarried also. She has changed her views and preaches politics to me. I just zone out when she gets in that mode. When she realizes she lost my attention, she changes the subject.

Mothers always nag - as do most people in general -it's up to you whether you put up with it - but when it comes from family or friends who love you, you just have to!

hang in there and when you are 18, you'll have a chance to be a better parent than what you've had to suffer through. take her bad example and change it to something good with your kids or other relationships. she's setting a bad example for you to fix in your own life later on.
