My neighbor was doing that diet but, she quit within two weeks. She said it is very boring. The food can be very expensive and time consuming. I am try to lose 20 lbs and you should view this link below. It's FREE!!!!!

Nope. Diet and exercise is all that works. Even if you taking pills or on a quick weight loss diet...you still have to diet and exercise it says. So just skip the stuff thats bad for you. And start a food journal. Write down everything that hits your lips. Count cals or total fat grams. Keep cals between 1300-1600 and grams 20-30. Exercise 30 min. a day. Can be whatever you like..even walking. Walking is really good for you. Recommended by my dr. and I lost 100 lbs. on it. You can expect to lose 2-3 lbs a week.

For any weightloss over 20-25 lbs i'd flow see a health care specialist or a nutrionist - in simple terms to be on the probability-free section. when you lose or commence dropping, then you are able to attempt on your own. in simple terms an opinion.
