im not suffering from any serious sleeping disorder..i only get sleepless nights once or twice a week i guess..is that serious? sorry..any tips?

1. Eat dinner no less than 3 hours before going to bed, and cut off the caffeine about 5 hrs before.

2. Don't use your bed for anything but sleeping (and/or sex)

3. Try to hit the sack around the same time every night.

You should try doing something that relaxes you rather than just laying in bed, try reading,you should also go to bed at about the same hour every day, and don`t consume any foods or drinks that stimulate the body,and don`t smoke.Beer will help you go to sleep but you`ll get up with a headache and a nasty smell, crack is also not the answer obviously.

just relax,pray and think in something that make you happy or in one place that you like very much.Eat well and take a bath before sleep.Turn on your tv in a religious program.hope this help.

drink beer before you go to bed. that always make me sleep like a rock. otherwise, see a dr.
