transmission was suppose to be fixed but when i got my car back, i drove it for a little while and bout 30 mins to an hour, i did tune up and notice that my car did not have any transmission fuild. so could that bad shake be caused by a problem with transmission?

Yes, call them and dont drive it until you fill it, you might have burned up the clutch plates

It didn't have any transmission fluid? check for leaks if no leaks then they forgot to put the transmission fluid back in after fixing your transmission. This will kill your transmission its the same as driving with no motor oil your gears will get mess up and its transmission its screw up get your lawyer ready if that is the case.

I'd bet either the person who fixed the transmission, botched replacing the gasket and your fluid leaked out. Have you noticed fluid under wher your normally park, Transmission fluid is distinctive.
