I took diet pills for a couple years and ruined my metabolism, almost my thryoid and got real sick. They lower your immune system. Went to the dr. and they said they see it all the time..people with problems like that from taking diet pills. Even if you did take them, to lose weight you also have to diet and exercise. I never lost any weight being on them just had alot more energy. So, you can skip the pill and just do exercise and eating right. Keep your calories between 1500-1700 and write down everything that hits your lips in a journal. Or you can just count your total fat grams. Should get 20-30 a day. With 30 min. of exercise daily you will lose 2-3 lbs. a week. I lost 100 lbs. that way. My dr. recommended this diet to me. Cool cause you can eat from all food groups and your never hungry.

None of these drugs have been approved by the FDA I would be very leary of them. The best way to lose weight is diet & exercise. Lose about 2 -3 pounds per week and you keeep it off
