According to popular rennaisance artists and scholars there was an idea of people getting kicked out of hell.

It was however a heroic ideal, that someone would be "too moral" or "too intelligent" for the devil to keep under his control and threatened the stability of hell.

In such a case it was stated that he would kick the person back into purgatory. Via an angel who would drag them out (the only beings able to make a transition between heaven and hell). I don't know if they then get back into heaven again.

I assume you mean the Christian Hell?

Depends on how you view God.

If God is loving (as many claim), then you probably won't be kicked out of Hell. In fact, you probably won't even make it to Hell, for a loving being would never want to subject you to that kind of torment. And even if the loving god were powerless to prevent you from going to Hell, what do many Christians claim? They claim that repenting and knowing God is your salvation. This doesn't have to be just while you're alive. You go to Hell, learn pretty quickly that God is real, and repent for your sins. It may be torture briefly, but compared to the eternal paradise you receive later, it'd be quickly forgotten.

If God is not loving, then he probably devised a Hell from which you cannot escape. Actually, some claim Satan created it, but if God is that powerful, then he wouldn't allow Hell to be created without his permission. Of course, such a god is capricious as hell and has no real rules to follow. So maybe you are kicked out of Hell at a later time. In which case, I'll guess that you end up in Limbo, filled with cotton candy and pus. You take the good, you take the bad, etc.

I see that you lack understanding. I will attempt to educate you in the limited space allowed. After Jesus comes back the second time to gather to Himself the righteous and takes them back to heaven with Himself, there will not be a living soul left on this planet. Only Satan and his fallen angels will be here (bottomless pit), we will spend 1000 yrs. in heaven inspecting the records of those that did not make it. Then we will all come back with the New Jerusalem, the evil people will be raised and judgment will be pronounced and carried out. Fire and Brimstone will fall from heaven, the whole crust of this planet will become molten lava, and ALL SIN AND ALL SINNERS WILL BE DESTROYED. Their bodies will be destroyed, the breath of life that God has given them will also be destroyed, and when that is done then God will wipe away ALL tears, which means that THERE WILL BE NO MEMORY OF THEM, God will not remember them either, because if He did then He would cry, and so would we. We will be happy in the new earth which God is going to recreate for us. We will remember sin, but not what it is, or who committed it, or that we sinned. Sorry if I sound pretentious, that was not my intention.

Hell is separation from God. God keeps trying to reach
through to the dead...but soon He will also say, "let
the dead bury the dead."

AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH...

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will
NEVER pass away.

...as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the
coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the
flood, people were feasting and drinking, marrying and
giving in marriage, up to the day that Noah entered
the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen
until the flood came and took them all away. This is
how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two
men will be in the field; one will be taken and the
other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand
mill; one will be taken and the other left....
Matthew 24:35-41

It has been given to me to tell everyone this:

The Door to living in God's Presence, in fellowship
with Him, was CLOSED when the first Adam was kicked
out...(which ruined it for everyone) before this he
was perfect and knew God deeply and intimately. A
second perfect Adam (Jesus Christ) REOPENED the Door
so that we could be restored to the original
Relationship. So man chooses which Adam he wants to be
joined to. Not choosing just leaves you in the first
one...outside the open door.

All are welcomed to come back to God through Christ
if they want to. The only thing is, the AGE OF GRACE
is ready to come to a close...which means the Door
will be closing as well. So, people, don't wait too
long. Jesus is the only DOOR to God. If you don't
enter, it's your own choice...God doesn't choose it
for you.

Christ is the door to the spiritual "Ark"...when the
floods of judgment come again....WHERE WILL YOU BE?

...as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the
coming of the Son of Man This is how it will be at
the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the
field; one will be taken and the other left. Two
women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be
taken and the other left....

I know not all can understand this, but at least you
won't be able to say, "But Lord...I DIDN'T KNOW!
Nobody ever told me!"

Time is SHORT! Get READY!

That's the time you finish burning and die forever.

The fires will burn until only ashes are left. Even the bones will be completely gone.
"For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch." "And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts." Malachi 4:1, 3.

"So shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire." Matthew 13:40-42. "The word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." John 12:48.

Sinners will be cast into hellfire at the great judgment day at the end of the world?not when they die. God would not punish a person in fire until his case was tried and decided in court at the end of the world. Nor would God burn a murderer who died 5,000 years ago 5,000 years longer than one who dies and deserves punishment for the same sin today.

There is a series of sci fi books that helps to answer this question. They are called the Incarnations of Immortality Series by Piers Anthony. Very good reads!

doesn't matter. there is no hell.

there is no heaven either. religion is, and always has been, man's way of dealing with things he doesn't understand. give me one reason i should believe in an afterlife...

besides, i don't need the fear of hell to go through life being a good person.
