I've already adopted, lol. I ignore the pathetic ones because chances are that if they're that immature and ignorant, they're probably not going to pay one lick of attention to you anyways. Those that DO ask sincere questions are the ones that deserve our time and efforts. In the past I responded a few times to the loonies, but only with hopes that whoever read such a rediculous question would also see my answer and get a true representation of our Deen.

This isn't really an answer to your question ~ mostly because I'm not Muslim and I haven't asked any questions about Islam ~ but I think there are many people who just don't know very much about the Muslim faith and, generally speaking, people are afraid of what they don't understand. It's like a little kid who becomes a bully ~ they don't like that you're different, and being mean is easier than trying to understand. Personally, I think it's important for everyone to learn everything they can about all the different religions and beliefs. It gives us a better understanding of people in general and makes us more tolerant. And you might just surprise yourself by learning something valuable.
Having said all that, I think it's a good idea to stick with the genuine questions and ignore the people who just want to start an argument. Otherwise you'll just look like a raving loon, and that doesn't look good for anyone. Peace and love.

I'm a Christian and completely agree with you. This happens to the Christians as well. It sounds like there are a lot of intolerant people out there. While I don't agree with some of the principles of the Muslim faith, you have every right to be heard and to practice your faith, just as Christians do theirs. And I'm proud of you for being true to your beliefs. There are unfortunately, a lot of people who come to these boards and want to ask and respond to questions who don't care about how they make others feel.
The nice thing is that we don't have to pay attention to those people.
Since we believe in the same God, I hope this is not offensive to you: My prayer for you is for peace to reign in your heart. I have heard that the Muslim religion is truly one of peace and that is the same for Christianity. It's just as Humans we screw up this message.
Blessings to you, my friend.

I dont even care about the meaning of Islam or other religions. And you dont have to explain to them these people dont have anytning else to do so they try and mock the weakest or someone like you who gets upset about what they do. They just want to see a reaction from you and if it is a bad one they enjoy it even more.

Here's my question...Is it OK for me to be a Satanist and strap a bomb to my chest and walk into a bus station, or do only Muslims do that? Because I know that Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Catholics or any other religon doesn't kill innocent people in the name of their god everyday. So what should I do, become Muslim or Satanic to be able to massacre people and destroy lives of those who may not agree with me.
