i'm looking for a custody case from juvenile services in brighton twp. involving tywanna garrett,tyrique,shawn,&beverly campbell.

Theres a grandparents rights website. I hope they can help. Or try a lawyer.

Unfortunately, you are not permitted to view these files unless you have custody of the child. Although depending on how old the case is, they may now be public record. You have to contact the court in the town paternity was issued. That is the town in which the child lived at the time of his birth. Contact records and ask is custody records are open to the public. If you can not physically go into the courthouse and view the documents, they will charge you for copies of the case records.

I would go to your city's government site and then go to the Children's Division website. There should be links to it there. Also, calling Social Services in your area would be helpful. My recommendation, though, would be to not post your grandkids names on here...especially if they are involved in a custody case.
