I saw somewhere that a mixture of an Avacado & Olive Oil left in your hair for 20minutes acts as a deep conditioner.
Does anyone know/uses this?
My question is after you leave it in your hair are u supposed to just rinse it out and style as normal or u can shampoo it after?
I'm reluctant to just rinse bcuz I don't want to find out what my hair would be smelling like after that 20mins.

Avocado Deep Conditioner
Ingredients
1 small jar of mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
Directions
Peel avocado and remove pit. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with your hands until it's a consistent green color. Smooth into hair being careful to work it to the ends. Use shower cap or plastic wrap to seal body heat in. Leave on hair for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning wrap a hot, damp towel around your head over the plastic, or use a hair dryer set to a low to medium heat setting.

put mayonaisse on your hair and cover for 20 minutes, rinse well.. You can shampoo as you normally would after the treatment.
Repeat once a month.

If you want this done faster, make sure that hair is covered good and apply heat from a blow dryer for 5 - 10 minutes. Wash hair and style.

Yes, you can use this as a deep conditioner. It should rinse out of your hair without a bad smell, but it is OK to shampoo afterwards.

If homemade products worked than no one would be buying any type of products. Go to a proffessional salon and they will recomend something for you. Remember hair stylist went to school, we didn't spend over 10,000 dollars to put food on your hair!
