Have you tried Neosporin (however its spelled LOL)? I've heard this works really well, but don't know myself. I've been fortunate enough that I never really had problems getting them. But try gently squeezing it and get all the crap out of it, clean it and put some on it. Hope that helps. Sorry I couldn't offer more.

Don't squeeze it or pop it, because it may leave a semi-permanent pimple after mark.

Not going to go away in one day. You can pop it and put rubbing alchohol or peroxcide on it then treat it with some neosporin.

What I do is:
-Wash my face all day with an acne face wash
-Apply noxema pads after I wash my face
-Put acne cream on it after washing and applying noxema pads
Hope it works, because pimples suck!

Put ice on the top of it for about 5 minutes, take it off, see if it has gone....if not put it on again. It should disappear eventually, I haven't tried it personally, but my mom has and swears by it. =)

Try toothpaste, it should dry it out and make it not so noticeable.
