Call every hour on the hour for the first week or two. Also start hanging around the neighborhood and following him or her wherever they go.

Once every couple of days. Set up another date and try again. Sometimes things just don't work right the first time. No real explanantion why they just don't. Just have to try again to see if it was just a bad day all around.

Call them once - when you know they are out, leave them a message and wait for them to put the ball back in your court. Do not seem clingy or pushy.... Let them make the next move.

I would only call them when you have something to say other then just hello. Have a conversation ready and if they sound uninterested then don't hesitate to end it

twice a week so that they know you are thinking of them but dont talk tooo much cause it will annoy them...if they want to talk to you again or talk to you longer then they will call you back or get the conversation going....
