there is an age difference of 18 years between us we are good friends but scare to go any further then then that because of the age diffence, can two people start dating each other if there is a big age difference we really like each just the age diffence is what bugging us.

I, personally, don't believe that age is a factor. It's more about the connection you have with that person. Perhaps you are an old soul (yeah, I believe in reincarnation) and he is a young one - this would explain the attraction...
Whatever the attraction is - go with it and don't look back. You need to figure out where this is going and why you have become such great friends. Who cares what other people think? The main thing is that YOU are happy - and people important to you will understand and support you in this decision.
You never know - he could turn out to be the love of your life, and if you don't take a chance, you'll never know.

i imagine it relies upon on the fellow situations. rather if one individual in the courting replaced into less than 16. I also imagine that till you're about 20 age diference is extra of a vast issues as you're nevertheless maturing. till the fellow is 20 i imagine any age diference more advantageous than about 2/3 years is a large element. after that i imagine it isnt a huge deal so long because the age diference isn't any higher than ten years.

yo im young yet lol so dont hold me to my word, might not be the wisest but im thinkin if the love is pure enough, go with it.. i tihnk love it too beautiful of a thing to let age get in the way, as long as the age diff isnt like 14 to 32
