I joined weight watchers in September 2005. I have since lost 23 pounds. The weight does come off slow, but by the time you know it, it's gone. What I like about Weight Watchers is that you never feel like your 'dieting' it's actually a 'way of life' eating plan. I am allowed 22 points a day. I eat what I want and just subtract the points as I go a long. You get used to keeping your journal and your mentality about 'overeating' changes completely. Eat food low in fat. Very healthy. And you can then eat from all food groups and not crave things or be hungry. White meats, water, crystal light, low or non fat dairy, breads, fruits, veggies, lunch meat....etc. And exercise 30 min. a day....if your moving your burning. It can be as simple as parking further away from the grocery store. The thing that helped me along the way..and was the absolute last thing i wanted to do was begin a food journal. My dr. recommended when he put me on this diet. Choose calories or fat grams and then count them in everything that hits your lips. Keep your calories 1600-1800 or total fat grams 30-40. You lose 2-3 lbs. a week. If you platue after losing some, its normal. Just up your exercise or slightly decrease cal/fat intake for a week or so to help you through it.

get up early in d morning n go 4 1hour walk/cycling. dont get addicted 2 fast food n don take rice,potatoes etc things containing fats n carbohydrates. dont go straight on bed after ur lunch,dinner/meal.
if u feel hungry 4 5 chapatis then u shuuld take 3/4 only i.e., eat a little less then what u need 2 take in.
