without plain old crunches alone.
for some reason...those don't seem to help at all.
but if they do..then how many should i do a day?
cuz' i'm just sick of going until i faint o_O

i have the ab lounge.
never use it though.
so how many of those? C=

If you are doing crunches properly you should be seeing a improvement by now. I try to do 1000 crunches a day and now my tummy stays flat. Allot of the stars do crunches....and that's how many they recommend. Of course you don't start doing that many but you can work up to 1000 in about 4 weeks.

The best way to lose weight is to eat a lot of food while laying flat on the couch. TV helps too. Something about all those colors.

Don't do the ab lounge. I'm pretty sure I heard about this guy who used it, and now he's in hell. I don't mean things are bad for him, I mean he actually died from using it and went to hell. Might be in the bible somewhere.

Walking will do it. Walk for 30 mins a day for 5 days a week. Also, use your ab lounge for about 10 to 15 mins 3 times a week. Result will come quickly!

Cut the fatty foods from your diet, esp. stuff with a lot of empty calories and carbs like sodas, chips, candy, pastries, some pastas and potatoes. Exercise for at least 30 min a day, 3-4 times a week and try to stay away from foods and drinks with yeast in it like beer and bread.

Use your ab lounger and also try using a balance ball. put the ball in the small of you back against the wall use 2 five pound weights one in each hand and roll with the ball and your arms straight at you side till you reach the squat position then roll back up the wall with you arms in coming up from you r side in front of you.

Get 1 of those exercise balls and do sit-ups every night like 100 a night. Or do like 120 or 130 crunches they are a lot easier then sit -ups.

Well, I got some advice from someone... scrubbing your floors on your hands and knees. I know, it sounds old, but I tried it, and i saw a difference after a couple of days. Plus I got a chore done and had the look of completeing something, all in one chore.
I think it works. Plus, it's free!

It's also in the food you consume. Do you eat a little more than you think you should? Do you snack just because you crave things? If so, than try to find a diet plan that will work for you.
