Attitude seems to be largely culturally influenced. To say a race NATURALLY has the worst attitude is racist.

Okay I wont lie there are a lot of black females that have a bad attitude. But then again I'm white and some black girls tell me I'm a b**** cuz I got a bad attitude too. It's not only balck people out there. I think it depends really on how your life is and how you grew up. A lot of black girls would be the first to have something to say about anything. But then you have white girls that do the same. I have a bad mouth on me just like some of the other prople out there. So your right it don't matter if you green, red , black, or white every race has there own little attitude and how they present is up to them.

There are certain sub-cultures in society that are the most hated. I don't think that the black race is hated, but the worthless black person who lives off the government with 5 kids is hated. I don't think the white race is hated, but the worthless white person who lives off the government with 5 kids is hated... See the pattern?
Attitude is gathered by society, situations, up-bringing, parents, friends, etc. If the little black girls have bad attitudes, they got it from somewhere, but in another region, the little white girls, or latin girls, or anyone else could have the worst attitude.

I think they are saying that because they are portrayed as having bad attitudes a lot on television and movies. However I think that the black community is not the most hated anymore. I think that foreigners mainly those of the hispanic descent are the most hated because they are taking a lot of jobs from the american people and that upsets them.
I don't think that anyone should judge someones attitude by their race.

I don't see any reason to hate ANY ethnicity.
Please don't be offended by STUPID people, because stupid people are a fact of life that often cannot be avoided.
Some 'black' girls DO have a bad attitude about EVERYTHING, especially the FAT STUPID LOUD-MOUTHED ones that have nothing but themselves to blame for their pathetic behaviour in ALL areas of life..... The rest are FINE.
Other than the fact that some specific people seem to be obligated to be loud, 'act out' , get 'in your face' and provide FINE examples of reverse racism in dealing with other ethnicities, MOST people of all ethnicities are peace-loving, humanitarian, and civilized individuals.
The STUPID ones scream racism while practicing it themselves, whine and cry endlessly about racism, and segregate themselves NOT because of their racist attitudes, but because nobody wants to be anywhere NEAR them. Then they scream 'segregation' and 'isolationism' and 'economic disenfranchisement' ,
In the extreme, some even get demonstrably stupider and 'blame whitey' for everything that is wrong with their lives, support civil disobedience and fanatical terrorist acts, which really is questionable behaviour. Whose fault IS all of this stuff anyway?
Stupidity, apparently is not the explicit realm of ANY ethnicity.
Having recently visited the US, (Pennsylvania) and gone through Toronto (multicultural) we had a great time, talked and mixed with many different people including blacks, hispanics, several types of asians, some South Americans, and hey, get this, even some white people.
I'm a caucasian (white) man.
I had NO problems at all with anyone, so how come people can't get along?

Prejudice, unfortunately, is pretty much everywhere. And, who the most hated group is can vary from one location to the next. While most Americans would appear to want to act as though prejudice and racism have simply disappeared from the US, here are the facts:
African-Americans are paid less than white Americans.
African-Americans have less access to higher education than white Americans.
African-Americans have less access to health care than white Americans.
African-Americans die younger than white-Americans.
African-Americans are much more likely to have a negative result from any encounter with the legal system in the US than white Americans.
African-Americans make up ten percent of the population of the US, they commit ten percent of the crime in the US, yet they make up sixty percent of the prisoners presently incarcerated in the US.
African-Americans are several times more likely to wind up on death row than white Americans who commit the same crimes.
Clearly, despite the perception among the general public that racism is a thing of the past, institutional racism is alive and well. I don't know how or if we will ever eliminate racism and prejudice entirely. We do need to educate ourselves and dispel many of the myths most of us hold about race. If the prescence of a single, non-white drop of blood makes a white person, not white, then it's time that white America wakes up to the shocking truth: most so-called whites do not qualify under the one drop rule. Most of us tend to identify ourselves in some way by our race; this is as unfortunate as it is inaccurate. The vast majority of Americans have more than one racial heritage, whether they are aware of it or not. I would like to hope that we could all embrace our multi-racial heritage and be whole. More than that, I would like to hope that we could recognize the sameness between ourselves and others. We all pretty much want the same things out of life. We need to desegregate our lives as much as we pretend to have desegregated our nation. We need to encounter other cultures and peoples. Perhaps when we are more aware of our multiracial heritage and to exploring those cultures that previously perhaps we have avoided, perhaps when we are less fearful and more open to embrace each other, then maybe most, if not all, vestiges of racism will fade away in this country.

i don't think blacks are still most hated but please believe there still is RACISM against blacks in this world especially in corporate america. but, the funny thing is that so many white people are acting like black people so in that aspect no, but just like kanye west said "you are still a n*gga in that mercedes coupe" and that's true. i'm black too and i don't have an attitude but it is hard im not going to lie but I want so much more I don't let it phase me I just keep on trucking.

I think that everyone will just claim that their own group is the most hated. People only tend to notice offenses when the offenses are directed at them.
