Ritz and cheese are a southern canape'. Add a little mustard of choice and top w/ maybe a pepper or olive. Great for cheap but cool for small gatherings.

Ritz aren't my favorite. I like a triscut better with cheese. Ritz are better for crushing up with melted butter for Christmas casseroles.

I do. I perfer peanut butter though. Yummy :) But I looooove cheese...especially extra extra sharp cheese!
