I agree, but how is that possible when a plane or ship drop off the items, and don't fall in there themselves?

These things don't disappear. They just crash or sink, and the wrecks are hard to find because of the deep water.

In that area of the ocean, ships can sink so fast that the crews don't have time to call for help due to giant rogue waves. (Think Poseidon Adventure) Natural gas eruptions there have also been shown to cause old-fashioned turboprop plane engines to instantly lose power and crash into the sea. That's the reason why sailors and early pilots were so scared to go through there. Their friends were dying without even sending a distress call, and no one knew why until now.

Fortunately, we don't have to worry so much about this because modern ships have automatic signal beacons (so we at least know if they sink) and modern passenger planes fly much higher and use different types of engines (so they won't be affected by natural gas).

You could dump trash into the ocean there, but it would adversely affect the environment. Some trash will leach toxic chemicals which will affect the marine life and our seafood. Other things will float and start to drift around, and mess up the shorelines.

It all comes back to recycling.

Not everything that goes into the Bermuda Triangle vanishes. And if something does vanish, it doesn't just cease to exist. It just winds up crashed into the ocean.

Not everything that does into the Bermuda triangle disappears. In fact, almost everything that goes in comes out, hardly anything disappears.
