It's part of a Lyrics.

Everybody knows the secret,
I said everybody knows the score.
I have finally found a way to live
In the color of the Lord.
In the color of the Lord.

I have looked too and cannot find it attached to any lyrics, poetry or quotations. I wonder if it has to do with the church and the colors that are worn and what they signify.
White- purity
Green- life, growth and hope
Red- the color of the Lords passion
Rose and Gold - for joy

Where did you hear these words and how long ago?

Thats not even in the Bible. If you heard it at all - it would have to come from some racist group (DEPENDING ON CONTEXT).

Jesus was a Jew so would be that races color (brown to an olive-brown complexion) - which does not offend me one little bit.
---------
In light of your ADDED DETAILS - its just a song. Lyrics dont even have to make sense, just rhyme or sound poetic. Those particular lyrics about Jesus color has nothing to do with the Bible

I've never heard of that before and I can't find it in my concordance. What Bible version are you using?
