Of course not. What next, he wants to record all your phone conversations? put a camera up your butt? Tell him that if he's stupid to know why not, then he's too stupid to understand any explanation. DUH!

If you trust your husband/bf the only reason someone wouldn't give them their password is if they had something to hide. My email is downloaded automatically in outlook so anyone could potentially have access to my email if they have access to my laptop, but when we are away and using someone else's computer, my boyfriend knows my passwords to basically everything so that he can check stuff for me. His password for email is saved on my laptop so I can access his email as well. Basically comes down to trust (and if you can't trust him why would you be with them) and if you have anything to hide (why would you hide something.

Yes my husband has my password to my email instant messenger and my myspace account. If you have nothing to hide there is nothing to worry about.

I would give it to my husband, but a boyfriend shouldn't really be asking for something like that unless you are at least engaged.

husband- yes because there are not supposed to be secrets.

boyfriend- probably not because we are not married and there are some things that I am not comfortable sharing with someone that is not married to me. If he wanted to see my email, though, I would open it up for him and let him see that I was not hiding anything.
