No. The dog was probably just humping the cat without penetration. Dogs do that a lot.

Even if there was penetration, which im pretty sure there wasnt...there would be no babies. Dogs and cats do not have a similar genetic makeup to procreate.

nope DNA wont allow that....mammels are not like plants .....you cant splice them together and come up with a new species
