Look man, the entire basis for paganism is absurd. One of the key characteristics of a god is that he/she/it is omnipotent. How an two all-powerful beings actually exist? That would mean both of them could overpower each other in every category. "He" spelled H-E can never be more correct if you spell it H-E. It makes no sense. The only question truly able to be debated by anyone with an IQ is whether or not A god exists. An Athiest would say "no" and a Monotheist would say "yes". Unless "God" (quotations are meant to keep it unbiased) were to come down and literally slap everyone in the face, the debate is going to rage. Even then there would be debate. People need something to argue about even if they know they are wrong

Watching this thing for a couple of days could turn anyone completely off to religion for life. Considering I don't think that's what the people who started the religions wanted something has gone seriously wrong. You can always start your own, in a meer 50 years it can become a reconized religion and your fallowers can argue with all the other religions. How much fun would that be?

Yes there are thousands of people out here who practice the Pagan religions. I happen to follow Wicca. It is so much better for me than any other religion i have even studied and i feel I have finely found the right path in life.

Medusa? Why not the Furies? Poor Medusa's head is stuck on Athena's sheild now. She's not coming after anybody (unless Athena says so). I worship the ancient Greek pantheon. They speak to me and so I listen.

I dig it, but the problem with that is those gods will fight over you. If you start paying attention to one, another one gets jealous and hits you with mups or something, without letting you know who it was coming from. It gets too confuseing. Atheism is safer, if you don't believe in any of them, they don't have the power to hurt you. Ohm, ohm, ohm

At least the Greek gods made an appearance, even if they were a shower of golden coins.

Well, the Jesus story was probably based on Osiris or Dionysus, so not a huge difference anyways.

Why would you want to worship something man made? I mean, they have ears, but they can't hear. They have mouths, yet they can't speak. Would you really want to worship something if you knew everything about them? It's just stone and wood. No spirit, no will. Just material.

Watch what you are saying or Thor will strike you with his mighty hammer! I wonder, what would hurt more, Mjolnir or Zeus' thunderbolts?
