sure, why not, the terrorists claim to be Muslim, just like the crusaders, inquisitors, witch hunters and Phelps claim to be Christian

Well, that's a tough question. I personally believe that the vast majority of Muslims are peaceable. 99%.
However, if you read the Koran closely, you realize that there is a martial strain throughout the writings, referring to the true believer's obligation to kill the infidel, conquer, etc. etc. And this was borne out by Islamic Armies conquering the Middle East, Northern Africa, and Spain within a few decades of Mohammed's appearance on the scene. Further, there's been an ongoing expansionist theme in some Islamic theology that could give renewed impetus to terrorism, etc. The Wahabi sect of Sunni Islam is a notable example.
Christianity, on the other hand, is pacifist by nature. Forget what was DONE in the name of Christianity. Instead, look at the actual writings of Christianity. There were no forced conversions in the early church. There were no massacres of unbelievers (That is, until Constantine arrived on the scene). Christianity spread one conversion at a time, most of the time despite the active hostility of secular rulers. In fact, it could be argued that Christianity is the greatest subversive movement in history.

No. First of all, terrorism is a very subjective term. And second, it could, and does, come from a variety of religions and ethnic groups.

Only if we also blame Christianity for the KKK. The link between each group is the same.

Only to a small group of extremists. Unfortunately the Muslims are also killing each other -- not just Christians.
The problem will only get worse until we all *listen* to each other and learn to respect one another's beliefs.
