Actually there is a lot of fiber in them. I buy Spitz brand because they are cholesterol free. You may want to try the salt-free kind though.

The only thing that COULD be bad is if they are too heavily salty. Most legumes and seeds have many many benefits especially for your brain!! Eat up! Sunflower meats are some of my favorite snacks. VERY GOOD for you!

The sunflower seeds are good for you just don't overdue it on eating them because after so many you could get sick.

There are better nuts you coul;d eat, but I wouldn't say they are bad for you... They are full of Omega-6 fatty acids which are good polyunsaturated fats, but Omega-3's found in walmuts are better.

No they are high in fiber. But stay a way from the heavly salted ones.

NO THEY ARE NOT BAD FOR YOU. RECENT STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT EATING A SMALL AMOUNT EVERY DAY CAN ACTUALLY LOWER BAD CHOLESTEROL.
