I'd say that is quite possible. If you can only bench 60 pounds you must be close to dying.

At 15, I played fast pitch softball for my highschool. I was 5'3" 140LBS and I could bench 105. I just happened to grow up on a farm so I built muscles early in life by throwing hay bales and holding onto onrey horses. So yeah, I think long before that point I was probably stronger than many boys in my class. You know, girls do mature faster.

Firstly, I want to congratulate you on your impressive max bench weight compared to what most teenage female or even adult female could accomplish. Secondly, it seems to me that you have beaten every other girl who would dare challenge you to arm wrestling and for that I applaud you.
What you ask however, is a very subjective question with no real answers. There are just too many variables in your question.
The concept of “a very weak adult man” in itself would vary from person to person. Further more. Strength is only a variable attribute that would change from time to time even when attributing the same person, more so when judging from person to person (male or female for that matter).
Age is really a misnomer when it comes to accrediting what a person could accomplished in fitness though without doubt, the earlier one chooses to start strength training, the better would be the results. An elderly could still be stronger than a young person in prime as long as he/she chooses to maintain that conditioning through proper training.
Therefore, the answer to your question would be: “Any girl at any age COULD choose to be stronger than any weak adult man so long she have acquire the motor skill sufficient to start some appropriate form of strength training in time to come.”
As to your question whether there exist other females could challenge you at bench press, the answer is most certainly “Yes!” As strength training and strength competitions (for females) are not highly advocated in Singapore, it is no doubt that you will seldom see or even hear a “strong woman” around. That will not mean however, that they are non-existent. Take for example young female gymnastic athletes who gracefully swing themselves from point to point or poles to poles, what do you think it takes?
Unless you are going for some form of competition, there is really no comparison except with yourself. Now that you are able to bench 60lbs, could you do better? When you do, you are stronger once again and every time you surpass your previous max.
If you need some inspiration to push yourself harder, you need only take a look at what other female strength athletes are doing in the Strength Powerlifting competitions organized by World Powerlifting Organisation (WPO) in the States. Examples:
Amy Weisberger weighing 148lbs could Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat a total of 1,063lbs.
Kara Bohigian weighing 148lbs too, could Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat a total of 1,421lbs
Take me for instance, I am 33, weighs 146lbs, but I could Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat a total of 561lbs only. These two ladies are younger than me and compared to them, they would put me to shame. Does that mean I am a very weak adult man? Point to note, these two are the champions of their class, but there are many other young females (teens included) who took part in the competitions and many more who did not.
I think the question that really exist in your mind is: “Am I strong enough?” Well, only you know the answer. You are the one who will set that benchmark. Whatever the answer, I wish you success in whatever you do.
Lastly, I quote: "There will always be another higher mountain. 一山還有一山高"
