In February of 2005, I broke my back in a freak sledding accident; I acutally broke T12 (that is the vertebre at the bottom of your rib cage.) into several pieces. Since then, I have made a full recovery. I can walk and everything. The only thing I can't do it go on roller coaster and such. I was just curious if anyone else out there has experienced something similar.

I have never fractured a vertebrae, but I do see back fractures a lot at work. If you can't do the roller coaster because of pain, the best rule of thumb is that if it hurts, it's not a good idea. If it is indicated by the doctor that it is a bad idea, it is because he doesn't want you to possibly re-fracture it and give yourself a serious problem. Breaking things around the delicate spinal column can be devastating, so the doctor just wants you to be careful.

not extremely. I continually opt to work out that I genuinely have thumbs up yet i have not extremely concept about who provides them. It does worsen me that some people go by ability of and promises everybody in a submit a thumbs down purely to be a jerk.

no I have never done that. Wow that sounds like it was pretty bad. That sucks that you can't go on roller coasters any more.
