Perhaps you could just write a really nice card instead. Someimes poems come off as cheesy, especially when they rhyme. Let him know that you love him and that you believe that he has the strength to make it through these tough times and remind him that you are there for him. Words from your heart will mean much more to him and to you than some poem you get off the internet.

Write one yourself. I have a really nice poem I wrote my boyfriend, but I'd never share it with anyone else. Even if you're not good at writing poems, he will appreciate it more if you sit down and take 15 minutes to write him a nice one, than if you just got one online and printed it.
