Within. We each are our own Gods, it's just some have difficulty accepting that the power comes from themselves; they cannot believe they are that great, thanks to the feeling of guilt and inferiority instilled by most religious doctrines.

The best place to find God is anywhere, as Jesus Christ wants to have a personal relationship with you, be your Savior, and dwell inside of you. He is with you whether you are inside or outside of a church building. If you do not know Him, you should go to others who can teach you of His ways-the best place to find those others is a church, but they can be found other places as well!
God dwells inside of His people.

Surprisingly, all the places that you have mentioned above, (from A. Church to L. other...) have equal chance to have god.
Yes you can find him in strange places. And there is no best answer because they are all equal for him. So whatever you chose, good luck.

I'm going out on a limb and saying E. I thought mayber I, but he could easily break out, the K, but he doesn't need that. F would be nice, but I see God as more of a Snoop Dogg fan.
