It IS in fact impossible, because the force of the sneeze pushes on your sinuses and muscles in your eyes, causing them to close tight to keep the eyes safe. I don't know if they would pop out, but they would definately get damaged.

It is physically impossible to sneeze with your eyes open-they automatically close.

It is impossible as your eyes would pop out. Your eyes automatically shut when you sneeze, have you noticed!

yeah! i used to do it when i was a little girl. i would hold my eyes open when i was about to sneeze. i could never do it though.

no this is impossible because of the connections between your eyes and nose. have you noticed that before you sneeze your eyes begin to close sightly, i'm guessin thats linked in someway!?!
If you did manage to do it though your eyes would not pop out because they are firmly pushed in.

I haven't tried to do that since I heard that ur eyes fly out of ur head if u do.
